Hey y’all, quick update. My whole family has been sick with a stomach bug. What stinks it that we had the same thing the whole month of January. It just kept lingering. I noticed that there are 2 things we like to share as human: Our opinions and our germs. It tough with such little ones too. They are constantly wrestling and breathing all over each other. So if one gets sick, they all get sick. Both times it was the baby who got sick with a stomach virus and gave it to everyone else. Maybe his immune system is building up, who knows. Its just been a rough week. All that to say, that’s the reason I haven’t written much blog post or posted much pictures.
Do you have a spring bucket list? Do you make bucket list in general? We have a list of things that we like to do in each season of the year. These are based off of where we live. Here is our Spring bucket list:
- Go to the strawberry patch
- Photoshoot in a bluebonnet field
- Plant new herbs, flowers, or produce
- Visit a botanical garden in the city
- Take a weekend getaway to San Antonio
- Go to a Farmer’s market
- Attend the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo
- Go to Roundtop, Texas for the big antique show
- Go to Waco to visit Magnolia market
- Spring cleaning and purging
- Have a garage sale
- Go to Miller Outdoor theater for a performance
- Have a picnic
These are some of the things that my family tries to do. What would you add to the list? We are always open to suggestions.
XO,
Jenni
