I am so glad that it’s Friday! Woo! This weekend I am going to a baby shower and I am so excited about my outfit. I can’t wait to share it with you all! Let’s talk about this outfit now. So I know I have talked about these skirts before but seriously they are my favorites. They are made of taffeta and they hold their shape. They are also on sale right now for under $15!! The weather has been amazing here lately and thankfully. I really do wish it would stay this way all of the time but honestly it gets so dang hot in the summer so we frequent pools, beaches, and splash pads a lot. But the weather in spring is just so perfect.
I love wearing skirts and rompers and obviously shorts, but I wanted to round up some of my favorite skirt finds. I am a dress and skirt person for sure. I know not everyone is but I love them so much.

So, I can’t remember if I said this before but I was a girly tomboy growing up. I used to hang out with my boy cousin all of the time and we used to love watching teenage mutant ninja turtles and power rangers. I had a ninja turtle themed birthday cake too for one of my birthdays. I say a girlie tomboy because I would also play with barbies and wore dresses to church but because my mom made me.
Coincidentally, I make my kids dress up for church too. ha! But its mostly because they look so cute in button shirts and dressy clothes. They wear whatever they want during the week.
